Thank you for considering Garden Home Plumbing & Drain LLC as
your local plumbing company. We will work hard to earn your business by
working as quickly and efficiently as possible. There are a few things you
should know about our policies and fees that are listed below.
• We work on an hourly rate.
• We have a minimum service charge of one
hour and after that we charge in increments of 15 minutes.
• In most cases we will bill you. If you provide us an email, we can invoice you that way. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover and more. There will be a 3.5% fee added for paying with a credit card on bills charged after the 10 day grace period.
• We guarantee our labor.
• We guarantee the labor for repairs of existing parts and fixtures for 30
days.
• We guarantee the labor for the installation of new fixtures purchased
from us for 1 year.
• We do not guarantee clearing drain stoppages.
• Our guarantee does not supersede the manufactures guarantee or
warranty.
We have a high customer satisfaction rate and will continue to work hard to maintain that
rate.
